Start training with only your bodyweight. You will find a highly effective training program developed by experienced trainers using the newest sports science. The routine is focused on building strength. If your diet is in check you will gain muscle mass and lose fat.

Do this three times a week, with at least one rest day. Try to beat your previous numbers every workout. You will start doing simple pull-ups, pushups, and squats and as you get stronger you advance to bodyweight movements like the planche, one arm chin-ups or pistol squats.

The exercises will have a description and a short video to ensure you do them with a proper form.

After a warm up you will find exercises that can be leveled up. When you hit three sets of eight reps or three sets of 30s holding time, move to the next progression.

You can do this workout at home if you have a place for pulling yourself up like a doorway pull-up bar or gymnastic rings.

Features:
• Pro app without ads
• Workout with exercises which can be leveled up
• Log reps, time or weight depending on the exercise
• Videos and descriptions
• See statistics and your last sessions
• Create and edit your own workouts

The application is much better after adding support the creation of its own exercises. But there are still missing two small possibilities: - changes in exercise hold time, since it is not always possible to keep an element for a given time. - You should also add the ability to add a completed item with a weight of 0 kg. or with an alias 'BW' (with own Body Weight)

This app has made a huge difference to my routine, progress and motivation. It's invaluable to me now. I'd love it if i could add my own notes to the records of my progress, so i can keep track of changes made to my form or minor alterations to the exercises i'm performing. Being able to make some exercises weighted would help as well.

I've tried three or four different work out apps and this one is probably my favorite. The default workout follows reddits bodyweight fitness subreddit's recommended routine. It's easy to modify the workouts to a degree, but be warned that the number of exercises in it's library isn't the most extensive, so if you like getting really creative it might not be the best option for you. For me though this app is excellent, and I'd recommend it to anyone to try.

Loved the free version so I bought the pro! Only thing I noticed that's missing is on the skill days after the 'skill work' the mobility work only has the pancake mobility. It's missing the option to change it out for general mobility, overhead mobility, and front splits. Would love to have this added! Still a great app and definitely worth the purchase!

Really good app. Just bought the pro version after using the free one for a while, to support further development. A few minor complains: - It would be absolutely great, if the timer and countdown sounds could get played as alarm instead of media sounds. I would love to have my phone on DnD while training - Deadbug gif doesn't play - Google Fit sync would be great - Sometimes rest countdown stops if app is in background

solid app and no real problems over the multiple months I have used it.. one thing I would like to see is a graph feature. Also, I rebooted my phone and when I reinstalled the app all my workout history was gone. Another thing that has happened to me a couple times is after watching one of the videos I accidently push the back button to many times and it locks my workout so I have to start a new session to finish, would be nice to keep a workout open to edits for longer.

Great app. I've used it for the RR the past several months with great success. I have since moved on to Antranik's intermediate PPL routine (rings based) and bought the Pro version to be able to enter them as custom workouts and to support the devs work. Future feature request: ability to back up progress and custom routines to Google Drive

Pretty fantastic. It does what it sets out to do, though very little past that. I wish the individual exercises had more detailed instructions to help me with form, but it's nothing a little googling can't fix
