This app has a lot of issues! ALL of last month it showed on my dashboard that I did 7 RIDES when I did more than 20 rides and over 115 miles. Well, one day I noticed a glitch. I did 4 miles one way (paused it, then continued my ride) and 4 miles back. When I got home it completely resetted on it's own and I DID NOT get a chance to save it. Please fix this by next September, because this month I'm refusing to use this app again. I love kids, but I don't love how this app treated me.

I can't upload pictures through the app or see my badges. I can't edit blog posts. it's hard to figure out where things are or it's missing half the things on the website. plus you have to sign up for a different companies map (under armour or another). I use Google maps as my tracker, I dont want to use more. It's easier to just use the website., forget the app.

This app was a colossal waste. Absolute trash, the second the screen turns off, the miles stop counting. There is no excuse- the seconds continue to tick off but the miles do not count. I cannot see any problems on my part, after all my location is on and I have tried to hold the phone in my hand, in my basket, and many places but it refuses to count miles. And even when I turn the screen back on it will not count the miles, as if it had just stopped completely. Would not recommend.

The cause and organization behind this app get 5 stars. The app itself, however, leaves a lot to be desired. It is slow and cumbersome, especially when one has to view the web pages through the app. Ugh! It was very hard to set up. The ride tracking is completely useless. Although it does import from Strava. (Most of the time.) In the end it does get the job done and I've done well raising money for the kids. But the app is anything but a pleasure to use. It's worth it but it's frustrating!

Overall it's a no frills, low performance charity app because tier 1 developers really don't donate their time & talent unless they're court ordered but as a utility app it worked fine last year for logging miles, that was with Verizon 4G on a Droid. This year on T-Mobile 5G with a Galaxy I have the same issue that most users are reporting: only a fraction of a mile(about.40) is logged on an average of 24 miles. UNACCEPTABLE... SHOULD WORK ON ALL PLATFORMS... WORK THE PROBLEM... FIX THE APP!!!

I loved this app last year. But for whatever reason this year it's not counting all of my miles correctly. I did a 12-mile ride the other day and it only counted 8. I have all of my background settings set for it to run in the background but it's like whenever the screen goes black it stops counting. Or if I go into another app.

horrible app. it doesn't let me upload to facebook. it shows your location if you do get to share it with others and if you don't want strangers knowing where you live don't post. doesn't give option to take off your location when posting. then it stopped working completely and says GPS not enabled. but all my other apps work with GPS just fine. guess I'll ride without tracking miles on here.

So far it's great. I like how it links to Strava so it can migrate my ride from there. I did try and record it directly from the app, but didn't realize if you lock your phone the app stops tracking. It is a simple app, so I do go onto the website more for more data and info.
