I would rate it even lower if I could. They have the Skip/Next button on the very bottom right corner of the screen, and you literally cannot select it. You have to in order to get past the initial start up instructions, but the app's placement of Next is beyond incompetent. Even with the screen protector removed, you cannot select Next to actually use the app. Beyond ridiculous.

...every time I open the app I get a tutorial for scheduling appts and can't get out of it without exiting the app...I can't access anything...I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times to no avail...VERY frustrating...

I've been using this app for a few years with my Chiropractic office. With the recent update the barcode moved from a prominent place in the bottom tool bar to a hidden menu. Why did you think this was the best place for it? We use this to check in to our appointments. It was in the best place with such easy access. Now users have more picks in a menu. This is not efficient. Can't you make the bottom bar scroll left to right? Then the actions most users do are quickly available.

I really like this app. It is a very convenient tool. I kind of wish I could use it more! But, there's one thing about I don't love; well maybe 2 things; okay 3 things! It doesn't put the address of the location of the place you're scheduled to go to on your Google Calendar. That would make it easier to put the information in my GOOGLE GPS on Maps from wherever I may happen to be. And, I can't EDIT or SHARE anything pertaining to my scheduled event on my Google Calendar once SKED is synced.

the app used to be great but now it rarely opens so I can adjust appointments.

I'm giving 5 stars cus it is awesome when it works! However since recent updates, the calendar integration no longer works and within the last few days the app doesn't open at all for me. I'm going to try and uninstall and reinstall, hoping this works. Matt from tech support is trying to help me, which I appreciate but none of the troubleshooting tips are working either 😕

My app broke completely to where my phone won't even let me login. Seems like a compatibility problem with the newest Android OS or corrupt code because I uninstalled it, cleared my cache, and reinstalled it, but that didn't fix it. I can't use the reporting feature in the app because of it being broken.
