Too many issues with the app. Forms cannot be marked as fully completed even though I did them. Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments is a NIGHTMARE! Not sure why you can't do ALL THREE through the app but it's ridiculous! I can get multiple riminder emails and texts for the appointment but I never get a link to the appointment. Won't be using this service every again!!!

The app has its complications - noted. It's worth discussing the actual service. Wonderful intake. Therapy is always scheduled and on time. It's been extremely helpful to have therapy any place instead of commuting to a single location. Rescheduling is easy with the app. As long as you have service, generally you're fine. The app may still be on its journey, they'll also tell you that. Don't deny your self the opportunity to cross a bridge into selfcare or self preservation. Get it.

I am quite happy with my therapy but this app has become almost unusable on my android phone. I am constantly logged out and cannot get my messages, appointment rescheduling is non-existent, the UI is constantly breaking (I can't send messages longer than one line because it causes the send button to disappear), and the worse part is that any technical issues have to be addressed with my therapy provider instead of a dedicated IT group. Absolutely worst app on my phone.

I want to start by saying I love my experiences with the professionals I use this app to see, but the app itself is awful. I've run into countless software issues and the app refuses to remain logged in. The app uses the least secure authentication method in general use -- SMS authentication, and it is not two-factor. The feedback section does not currently function. Typing a message that is too long pushes the submit button off-screen, and this is just what I've run into *today*

The app is a cool thought. But everything else is Trash. I was very excited when I started. First interactions were great. After 2 or 3 sessions my prescriber left. Now I've went through 5 different prescribers over the last 2 years. They move on or just disappear. So frustrating. Now I have been removed from the program for inactivity. I asked multiple times for an appointment but never received a reply. Just wow.

it works well enough for video calls with my psychiatrist. it doesn't give you the option to request appointments in the app, just view upcoming/previous ones, which is really inconvenient. I also think it's really funny that the feedback button in the app just fully does not work.

I have never been able to get this app to work consistently for 3 years. It freezes it doesn't connect can't get the video to work at all. I usually end up just having a phone session because dealing with the app is way more trouble than it's worth. It does remind me of appointments and delivers questionnaires on time but that's it.

Had my initial eval, counselor and Dr. They seem to really care about their jobs and me as a patient. They're my two stars. The app needs some serious attention! I can hardly even use it, as it loads indefinitely. This app shouldn't cause more anxiety and depression, but here we are. I've forced closed it, restart my phone, uninstalled, restart phone reinstalled to no avail! I had to use Google Meet today. That service seemed really quiet, with no speaker option, that I could find.
