The app takes money. Scooters are not unlocked. There is no support to return the money.

very expensive took 2 scooters on a new account had to put 10 euros on first 1st scooter was faulty so cancelled that one and got another but still charged me 2.80 euro for it with no refund and still cost me 12.50 euro to go about 3 kilometres very expensive app deleted lessen learnt ? and also took 2 payments out of my bank account with out my permission to take the 2nd transaction very naughty avoid!!

had to top up my balance to see where I could park the scooter (I had a new account) and then found out there wasn't a parking station near where I was heading. the account top up is non-refundable so will now just sit in an account I won't use, not ideal for tourists

Beware the deposit doesn't get refunded. AVOID if you see because the parking issue needs resolving and the unit takes deposit. I have requested it as I did use the scooter 2x but they insist on retainingredients the money. AVOID TAKE THE BUS .

Downloaded on holiday in Cyprus....scooters are ok but you need more money in your account than you can use so you will be donating cash to this company on your departure from holiday....very difficult to contact from the uk although telephone support whilst in Cyprus is ok
