It is ok but I give 3 stars because of 2 main issues: 1. Top part of the screen is cut - meaning that I see only half of the Basket and Menu buttons - this is a bit visually unpleasant (Samsung Galaxy S8) 2. There is no fast access to all active tickets and reservations in 1 place. So i have bought 2 tickets and 2 seat reservations. I was expecting to open a single page and see everything in 1 place, however I have to open every single ticket and every single reservation 1 by 1 which makes the scanning process quite longer. Would be easier to print the tickets on paper, therefore no need for the app.

Please make a native app and improve the UX, the most important thing like seeing the data from your booked train like arrival etc is not being shown, paying with EPS is a pain (at least with Raiffeisenbank), please add Paypal and revolut, check-in needs to many steps, this could be simplified. Opening the camera does not work many times, all things that would work flawlessly with a native app.

Not useable anymore. Doesn't load, tickets can't be added to cart, check in not available,.... Pls make a native app. Also why is the phones Status bar hidden so you can't see the current time. Why are delays not visible in the Westbahn app, but in ÖBB app?!

This is the worst App I have ever used, u just can't make a purchase when u need it, it doesn't start and if it starts errors will pop up. 2 times I couldn't buy a ticket had to uninstall it and use there webpage.

App crashes every time when trying to open the camera for relaxed check-in. Works without a problem when using the browser version. Google Pixel 7 Pro, android 14, app v. 1.6.3

You add a ticket to cart, the price increase by 10 EUR and you can't purchase the ticket you just added to the cart. People running the company are real stupid evils. They won't let me purchase a ticket.
