Caught in the middle of the road. Pricey for a fairly buggy play and kind feels empty. I had Mythic so I paid a lot for it. The problem was the AI, it never knew how to take the initiative with the story and characters. It felt like the player had to mostly be the gamemaster. Playing for yourself and characters around you. I had messed with AI Instructions, Plot Essentials, Cards, and other tips but not much of a difference.

I absolutely love this app. it is a great time killer. but I do have one issue. sometimes the AI ignores my input and goes on its own modified version of the story I am trying to tell. EDIT: I just attempted to open the app and it says it is having trouble connecting to the AI. I tried to quit contact support or try again but it does not respond to my inputs.

Almost every single time you try playing someone else's scenario, or try making your own, it just says "authorization issue occurred, please try again." Its a very bug-ridden app. Ui feels dated and sluggish and cheap. The bots are boring and repetitive unless you pay for premium. Didn't have the best experience with this one. Only been using it for 2 days now. Won't recommend.

This is a fascinating, if sometimes confused, story-teller. Some of the things it creatively writes are surprisingly logical and reasonable. And occasionally, it outright contradicts itself regarding some basic description, seemingly unaware that it has done so. That said, I've only just started trying it out, and much of what it creates surprises me with its plausability and insight.

The AI itself is alright. There's a lot better options if you're willing to spend money, though. The app is extremely buggy and I've had to restart it many times. I'm pretty upset after the Steam version turned out to be a rug-pull. The developers don't seem to hold themselves accountable, so I don't recommend giving them your money.

My experience is generally very good. The AI is very versatile. My biggest issue is the server becoming unresponsive several times per day, and getting duplicate results back, but the duplicate results are not a deal breaker. Sometimes you have to massage things to get a good result, but just as often something incredible comes out of left field to make it worth it.

UPDATED: The team reached out to me, and corrected the bug i had experienced. I love RPGS and play in s quite abnormal way. I've been playing completely for free for about 15 minutes now. The AI is really good at adapting to my intention, providing a challenge, but not being impossible. It does come across as extremely "sandboxy" so far, and i know that's not for everyone. I happen to love it. It does look like you have 100 "actions" per day.

Extreme improvements since my last try and you should definitely give it a chance. The paid sub is totally worth it. I'm seeing immense improvements to memory and AI models and alot better perks for paid users but models for free users as well. They are improving all the time. I was even shocked to see the AI recall and very efficiently employ a detail from much earlier in my story, and it is portraying characters much more accurately. The new models are to die for. Totally worth it!!
