One of the more fun games of this genre I've played, however, one of the best features, the exploration mode, was abandonned abruptly. It feels diengenuous since it makes you think they'll add more in future updates, but have not. Really disappointed in that, and the experience is a lot worse without the exploration mode

Solid three or four days of gaming before you start to get locked out. Best thing - no required adds. If you want to watch a few, you can and get some stuff for it; not required. Good thing - You don't *have* to buy anything, but it isn't really possible to stay relevant without it Bad thing - Pop up adds for in game bundles is a bit killer Worst thing - after a few days, you start getting material locked. Buy stuff, or wait for hours to days to generate materials

The way this game handles purchase bugs are terrible. Long story short there was a bug in an item store that gave you items not intended to be part of the bundle. So, to "correct" the issue the devs took back everything from the purchse plus more items not even involved in the purchase, thus screwing up my inventory and progress. No refunds were issued. This is not the first time they've screwed up in this way, and they continue to make poor choices on handling things similar to this.

I've been playing this game for a few weeks, and have mixed feelings. Game play and graphics are fun, but advanced aspects of the game aren't clear, and I feel like it's more complicated than it needs to be. It is fun leveling up new heroes, but the upgrade cost for buildings and especially forging good gear gets a little crazy. Also, I haven't been able to get the game to load at all today. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and it never opens. Dev team is absolutely no help.

- Their support blamed my device for an issue in the game. - The gameplay can be fun at first, but quickly gets old and boring. It rewards you with lots of items at first, but you won't be able to get far at a reasonable pace without spending money - The main pvp/guild feature is similar to other games like this: the more you spend, the stronger you are. F2P will not catch up. - More than half of the packs cost too much and offer very little - Building upgrade costs get super expensive

It's become difficult to get the game to even open. Multiple games on the phone, and it's just this one with all the problems. Crashes during typing in chat. UI gets messed up, so either I can't click a button now out of frame; unless certain buttons just dissapear alltogether. And of course, sometimes the game refuses to even load now.

Doesn't let you choose the server you're in so you can't invite your friends to play with you due to not knowing which server they are randomly put in, as well as cant change the server you were put in. The tutorial doesn't walk you thru everything so you gotta figure things out on your own for most of it. There's a bunch of different places you need to click to just collect your dailies. It's hard to navigate. I am lvl 46 over 1 mil power and still struggle with navigating the app

The pricing of in-game items is excessively high, and the content becomes repetitive after a relatively brief period. Furthermore, there are substantial restrictions imposed on player actions and decision-making. Lastly, the gameplay is plagued by numerous bugs and glitches, which are frequently mistaken for normal gameplay elements.
