Before using this app, you will need to acquire an account PIN number directly from your provider. You will not be able to log-in to the Patient Portal without this PIN number. The app worked on a Google Pixel 6 Pro 3 weeks ago. I upgraded to the Google 9 Pro XL on April 30, and after downloading the app,, it never lets me log in. The app automatically flashes and then closes. Occasionally, it will show an error requiring me to choose app info or close app. I have cleared the cache, deleted data, uninstalled, restarted the phone, and restarted. Done multiple times & automatically closes. The offices do not take phone calls for questions

Worst app ever!!!!! If I could give it a -10 I would! As soon as I log in it immediately closes. When I was able to get in…a long time ago, I couldn't open any files. I've cleaned the cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times (7+ x's) I've even checked with my medical group. Why is it so difficult to just fix it? I would rather have root canal than use this app. I despise this stupid app!!!!!

immediately after logging in, the app crashes so I can't actually use it at all. I cleared the cache and reinstalled, still doesn't work. ETA- you suggested i contact my medical group to ensure everything is set up correctly- it is. I can log in fine to the web version of the patient portal.

This is the worst app ever!! Every time I try to log in, it closes!!!! I've cleared cache, deleted the old app, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and it STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!!! ≈========== If you had actually read my post, you would know that i stated i have already done all of those things and they did not work. Instead of telling everyone to do those things that do not work, why not fix it????? Hence... the 3.6 rating.

Not functional after update. Can't access my latest test results. Does not function normally! You should have just left it alone! It previously was VERY user friendly. Now I can't use it at all! AND you have wasted a HUGE amount of my time!!!

This app worked great on my Samsung 21. I recently upgraded to an S25 and the app will not open. I sign in and it flashed and then closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled doesn't help.

Has always worked great until recently. App allows me to open it up, allows me to type in my login info, then once I click login, app shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and does the same thing.

Shuts down as soon as you log on. I've done all of your recommendations and I've reached out to the provider. Still shuts down as soon as I sign in. Works on the website, not the app.
