I love the service. but I did think that it operated like typical e-hailing service... it does, works like a convenient bus service. but once I got the hang of it, after missing the previous ride, I was satisfied!. and there's wifi on the bus. 3 stars because it does not work without connectivity and you can't communicate with the driver...

Some country codes can't recive sms to login,even service not available in that country customer want to use it while traveling but it's not possible. For example iam from uae and traveling to Germany, I can't use the service.

App works fine, only problem is that when you try to book for 3 people there is never a free car. Also the route is not ideally optimized when additional passengers come aboard. i world also suggest a price adjustment when a new passanger is added who's destination is not totally on route and there is major time added your journey.

Very disappointed with the service from the driver. Booked 3 instead of 4 passengers, but not possible to add additional passengers. We asked if we could pay cash for my friend's son, but was advised it was not possible. At 1:30am with an empty car going nowhere, I would have expected the driver to find a suitable solution. He told us we had to leave the car, cancel the trip and place a new booking, but it would not be with him. We took a taxi - no customer service what so ever.

I really like the Moia commuting It's always on point, offers a high comfort and is cheaper than taxi It took me approx 10 minutes longer than a normal ride by car but is also a 10 times better, sustainable alternative when being too lazy to take the public transportation or bike Due to covid-19 I couldn't take a Moia ride during the day but it's free of charge at night! Please survive the crisis

it is a great cheap way to ride, the only con I see in this method is that it goes by the address I want to be dropoed to, but still it won't stop there, even though there were no other Passengers to ride on the drop point

Generally quite good. Sometimes shows "no cars available", but after trying 3-4 times finds a ride - should be optimized in that regard. Also lacks the option of booking a ride in advance, and have a reasonable discount for groups (currently for 5 passengers is more expensive than taxi). Has good potential!
