In general the device that this application supports is quite interesting. Getting the hardware installed is easy, but the app appears to be buggy. I am unable to select a utility or a electrical rate, but would be happy simply putting in only a rate but neither selection works. Secondarily I am unsure if the problem lies with NeoCharge, or the company they partner with for reading vehicle status, but that linking process fails to authenticate. I look forward to future improvements.

I never seen an app in my life that crashing as often as this one. It took about 5 crashes to walk through initial setup and then 2-3 crashes every time I want to check status...

I like the concept of splitting the 240v dryer plug to charge my EV when the dryer is not in use, but the app has been very buggy since installing it. It tracks the kWh used but does not apply the TOU rates immediately when charging. I was hoping for an easy solution to report the cost to my landlord for using their electricity to charge my EV. I keep the app updated and sign out/in to refresh. It seems there are noticeable limitations between the posted Apple app and my Android app. Rate: C+

Good app, if it worked reliably. The app crashes every time you try to view the stats page. This is a recent change as previous versions of the app did not have this issue.

While the unit send to work fine, this app has been worthless. I have been trying to setup the splitter through this app, but it crashes every time during the setup.

My app used to work, and I have an account, but now I can't sign in to my account anymore and when I try to do forgot password, or create an account, an error message comes up. It's been like this for a month or so

The app is great. I can set my charging time for late at night and save money on my electricity usage.

-Doesn't connect with PG&E meter/account. -Display cuts off info lines so I cannot see actual rate $ amounts for each rate type to manual enter. -You cannot set a charge schedule to "block out" times... e.g. AVOID "peak hour" times (Tesla doesn't either) only a "car should be ready by" time... which doesn't help/add anything useful. Tesla let's you "charge AFTER" or "ready by" ...there's no way to JUST avoid peak hours; THAT would be useful! Otherwise, this app doesn't add much :(
