The management should really look into your mobile app and have a revamp. The interface is so bad and it is so hard to browse the events. Data is not synced. I enrolled into an event next year and it's not showing up on app - makes me wonder if I am with the same ACTIVE. I can see from review that this problem has been the same since few years ago. Covid is over for a while. It's time to get this sorted. Meanwhile I am just gonna delete this app. Wasting my space.

Search feature is too buggy since the latest update. The event details will only display for 1 second (literally) then the app redirects to the home screen. Very frustrating!

It sometimes shows my tickets and some events when I search but that's it. Need to add a feature that makes people able to transfer Open tickets to specific events and also show the QR of tickets that have been purchased. Seeing a ticket there does nothing for me if I can't scan it. For now I'm better off just using the website and deleting the app since it has no convenient features for me.

Cannot filter........I keep getting only virtual events on here plus it uses a LOT of battery. What the heck is this app using to cause this much drain? I want the app to filter out virtual events and leave the real ones so I can look at it. One more thing....I would like to know if there is a female only run BEFORE getting to the registration screen!!!! Update: One would think COVID and limited events would cause annual rates to go down....not according to Active. Money for what service?

Their database is so full of junk activities the app and website are nearly useless. Want to filter by sport? Well have fun wading through 376 postings of your local bridge, photography, and yoga clubs mixed with your running search. Want to filter by dates? You can try, but you'll still get a random list of events outside of your date range and not in chronological order. Really Active?

This app is factually TRASH. I am logged on to my account on the computer which shows my race registration. At the same time I'm on the same account on the app and it shows I'm not registered for an event. Literally how? It's the same account and same system, how is there such a disconnect between the two. It's not a new registration either, it's from June!

Just downloaded to my new phone. The app will not allow me to correctly update my home address now will it allow me to adjust my settings of where i want to search for evemts i dont remember it being this bad in the past but it has been a vouple of years so maybe nobody is supporting the app anymore.

I have an account yet I counldn't log in at all. Everytime I would get error or password invaild. Even when updating password I was still unable to log in. I even tried it with my Facebook account an still no luck. The Only reason I needed to log in was to register for a race.
