After a few years of using this app, I would consider something else. Z-Wave integrations work almost never. Doorbell notifications take a while to show up, and by the time the doorbell camera wakes up, the person who rang the doorbell is long gone. I have never once caught something on camera that I actually wanted or needed to see. It's really good at arming and disarming the system and viewing, but not changing, the status of Z-Wave devices on the network, and that's about it.

App used to work reliably for remote arming, disarming, and checking issues, but now I can't even log on or get it to work at all. i always get message: Unexpected error while logging in, check your login credentials and try again. When I try, forgot password, I and get a message that this app will not work with my device. it looks like other adt apps are even lower rated by reviews. Maybe it's time to find another security service?

unbelievable app. First, it responded with password invalid, which is not true. After several attempts I went to password forgotten. I received the link to reset it. I'm asked for username/email associated with account. Okay, I put it in and it tells me it's unverifiable. How in the blazes could that be unverifiable? When you just sent me the link!!. Been with adt 30+ years. It's time to leave. to many issues lately

Terrible app. Poor services. Bad equipment. Door sensors that say open/closed 100 times a day. Camera that may or may not be live, you won't know anyway because the videos never record. You may or may not get a still shot, but its going to be from last week. Just bad design and support all the way around. About to cancel this service for something better.

system too slow and loses connections to much. im new to this system and I absolutely hate it. only 30 seconds of recording on 2 cameras. how is this helpful. misses a lot of important events. starting to hate adt after being a customer for over 10 years. I also have the Alexa Pulse and this thing makes no sense. it sucks. im ready to change providers.

Lagging and not recognizing mylogin info. It's lagging for 10+ minutes, so I have to use the pulse portal website. I've called customer service twice. First rep said the issue was with my 3-yr system that is "outdated", while the second rep suggested deleting and reinstalling. That was a mistake because now the app isn't recognizing the same credentials I used to log on to the website. I've even copied and pasted with no success. Surprisingly, the failed attempts are visibly on the login log.

Most of the time stuck on connecting. Support said I need a whole new system. I moved the keypad to the best cellular reception area in my house and connecting was much better for months. Now it's crashed, and neither me nor my wife can connect at all. Support is so lacking in intelligence and technical knowledge that its just so frustrating to speak with them. The techs that have come out are clueless. If there's ANYONE who can resolve issues, please contact me. Extremely poor support.

Was great, but a week ago it "broke" in that when I try to log in it refuses and produces an error message that says "please check your internet". A few days ago the error message changed and said that the app was down and would be repaired soon. Now I am back to the I ternet error message. I rely on the app, so having it down for a week is a problem. Seems like a long time to get this resolved. Fingers crossed the developers are on this.
