No link to disclosure agreement. I never finished starting the app because the screen is an image and does not have a link to disclose the terms and conditions to which I would be agreeing. Since you are using this to try and sell me an additional service, you need to be transparent.

Terrible service..no one knows how to fix it now I gotta pay again to have a person come to my home. This is nuts..camera has gone back to original way of downloading to viewa capture clip! Only one camera..n it's off n on wifi for over 2 months...with new router box...wires were checked at the time n my wifi is locked! Go figure .problems constantly...help

The broken glass alarm is too sensitive. When I put plates and bowls away, it tells me broken glass. I like the garage door open warning since the garage door likes to open by itself. A window was barely open. Wasn't latched. I didn't know it. The alarm let me know. I feel safe with all the warnings I've had so far, except the broken glass.

There's no reason to run this when troubleshooting an ADT sensor issue with the virtual technician. It gathers data about the devices on your WiFi network and sends to ADT. ADT sensors operate on a different network. This is just a data grab.

Used them two years when my back collapsed I couldn't work and cancelled so they bullied me and told me they'll keep taking money for 5 years . I got nowhere...now they have me in collections cuz they won't allow me to cancel in writing and phone 6 mos ago. I'm bedridden now !! It sucks I have enough issues in my life surviving
