Excessive pricing, Misinformation, deceitful and false guarantees. All the prices of hotels and flights are minimum 30% excessive than any other website or agency available. Same flight, same day, same airline, same time, same everything yet the prices are 30% inflated. Upon complaining, they just wont acknowledge or accept the fact and try to shove you with senseless explanations, Even after providing elaborate proof. Yet another shady crypto website. Be careful!

The prices are consistently worse than on other platforms. They find any reason possible to reject best price guarantee claims, even when literally every other platform has a better price. I'm a diamond member and I'm very disappointed.

Every flight I find in this app is at least 100€ more expensive than normal. Why bother?

The app is good, but once you get a flight cancelation Travala doesn't takes any responsibility, I've been waiting for 8 months already to get a refund that I was said I'll get in up to 90 days. They blame the supplier and I'm still waiting....

Honestly an amazing experience seeing this app and company develop and add new features over time. The app itself works great, good interface and quality of life functionality. It has a nice loyalty program that gives discounts, cash back and monthly rewards. Its fantastic that I can spend crypto to book an entire holiday all on the one platforn now they have flight bookings available too (once covid restrictions are over anyway)!

Amazing app. First Travel platform where you can pay with fiat and crypto assets! Everything is very easy to use and the best thing so far for me was the best price guarantee. If you find the same accommodation somewhere else cheaper, you get refund from the platform. This is a game changer...

Ridiculous pricing. I tried to book Business class ticket, airline charges 2,800 USD. Travala charging 3,440 USD, same flight same arline and same date and time of travel. Makes no sense. If you don't fix this issue you will face it won't work. Also, app has inadequate filters. Users should be able to filter our connections through certain countries. For example transit through US needs visa in most cases unless one is from Visa exempt country.
