I do wonder where the high ratings are coming from when this app, designed to help, assist and protect flyers, is in fact a mere accessory by MAVCOM. As a victim of failed airline Myairline, they supposedly self claimed to have helped more than 4,000 flyers got back their refund, pretty much told me: sorry, there's nothing we do. This is just a facade that looks helpful to us, but please, as the reviews here suggest, don't have high hopes on them.

I will give no star if can do so. Don't think the app is helpful. WASTE TIME!! My luggage is in good condition before check-in and lost the luggage support at the bottom when claimed my bag. Raised complaint through this app because I only realised it when reached home. The authority filed the ticket but requested to submit the damaged luggage receipt. Well, ask yourself this questions. WILL YOU KEEP YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT IF IT IS 2 YEARS BACK?? It is impossible for me to show proof of purchase.

Unable to make any complaints via this App. Keep getting "Something Error" message. Disappointed with the App and claimed by respective CAAM.

worst app. No use of making a complaint. They just move it to case closed. I generally don't rate apps , annoyed by their behavior im taking time now to put this comment. waste of my time
