This app works well for what it does. But I have some major gripes. My company does inspections, and has a very defined style that we NEED to templatize the data to for branding. You cannot do this with the stock app, and need to share he data elsewhere for it to be useful to us. Second the app starts to crash after a while when selecting the file load option, and refuses to recognize the reports saved to SD. This requires a factory data reset, but then you lose the option of using the data.

This is a good product and the app works quite well. Easy to start an radon test and it is quick too. I can monitor readings while I'm on the road and the reports come out looking nice and are easy to send from the app. The downside for me is that sometimes I need to use the website for some features to display correctly but now that I know that, it's not a big deal. Even the website works well on my phone.

This does not work with "RD200" device. Use the "RadonEye" (not pro) app (FTLabs) for that. The description of the many FTLabs apps does not make this clear. It would be more clear if FTLabs would create a single app that works with all their many devices, or at least make it clear which app works with which device.

App is great for radon professionals, but there are major issues with the last update. The app keeps crashing and I can't operate devices. This is costing us money when the app doesn't work

everytime you try to generate a report, the app crashes. I have given feed back for a week but nothing has changed. That is not good for business when you can't give your clients a report.

Bad customer service, If you have an issue they cannot help.

Does not even start. Is there another way to read the data from the RadonEye?
