I really disappointed with the app guys. Don't Use it!!! This app will change u after almost 2 weeks u ended up u trip because of the battery or whatever if u before a weeks I think that don't have many issue and so be careful with it and the calling the customer service also not functioning says that helping me but turn out only me listening he and didn't listen my request (battery years,why so long to have notice,and the company's policies and all the information.)

UX was not too shabby, customer support had been prompt. However, there was no clear instructions on the actual car collection point at Bayan Lepas Airport. Its a 5-7 story parking complex with hundreds of parking bays per floor and all that was mentioned on the app was it is at Car Park A. Car colour was different from as shown on app but car was is terrible shape. Brake pads were screeching, car was dirty, car seat falling apart, engine rattles too.

New update is much better than previous versions.. the one problem I had recently was when I booked an EV car then at the pickup time I found out it has low charge which the app doesn't show you until you already confirmed the booking, so imagine my frustration when I had to be on time for an appointments and then be late for it because I had to stay there and charge the car for like an hour, GoCar did give me extra hour but what's the point, I don't need extra hour at the end of my booking.

The app is a bit slow, and a little hard to navigate. It doesn't have a manual so even starting up waa hard. The car we got was dirty inside out, and the fuel was empty. Yes we can redeem fuel and carwash fees but the fuel tab wasn't functioning well so we had a really hard time on that one. I wanted to use the one-way drop-off KLIA2 promo but that one was hard too. I tried calling the hotline 3 times but no answer. We just left the car at the KLIA2 hub and ended the trip.

I used to love supporting Malaysian startup...until I met this app. The interface is confusing af. I book a car for the next day but the app start charging me right away. There's no guide or whatsoever to help new user navigate. I even tried search online but there's no clear steps. Called the hotline for help but the operator sounded like I'm asking donkey questions. Too much to improve.

Upon installed the app asked to submit some identification info, I followed and submitted what's required. And it went to pending status for few days. End up I rented a car with their competitor SoCar, it was so easy to use. one week later, I login and it asked me to resubmit all the information again. Forget it and I just uninstall the app. A very inconvenience experience.

Awesome. Easy to register, easy to understand the step, easy to book, easy to make payment. Fast respond for any complain. Change my car twice to other location due to dirty inside and another one due to unavailability at the requested place. The team pay for my transport fee to pick up the car at the other location. Overall its all awesome. Been using for more than a year and will still use it for the next year. Thanks for this apps and thanks for the great service.

The car that i booked from few weeks before was not at the location when i arrived to start the trip. Instead asked me to go to another location change another car. Terrible! Then the car was very dirty will cookie crumbles etc. And smells very bad! Like dead animal. Had to fork out some money to wash and vacuum the car. Also the front tire wall had torn. Small but very risky. My first and last time using gocar. I'll stick to the 'blue' one though a bit expensive but cars were taken care of.
