カトリーヌ・スパーク追悼の朗読アプリと言っても、これはその為に作られたものではなく、元々既に完成していたアプリの標題を入れ換えただけのものと言ってもいいでしょう。でも、その中身は、カトリーヌ自身をモデルにしたと言ってもいいほど官能に満ちていて、それだからこそ返って発表し辛く、永らくお蔵入りになっていたアプリでもありました。永らくその発表の機会を伺っていたのですが、カトリーヌ・スパークの「死」を契機に、その時がついに来たと判断した訳なのです。その内容は、我が長編小説「夢の城」から引用したものに過ぎませんが、その主人公は名前こそ違えども、カトリーヌそれ自身と思ってもらっても一向構わないのです。この主人公は、カトリーヌ自身をモデルにして作られた、と言っても決して間違いではありません。言い換えれば、この小説の主人公リサは、カトリーヌの生まれ変わりであるばかりか、カトリーヌ自身が演じている主人公でもあるのですから。(出来ればそうして欲しかった。)
