My Act is a result of research cooperation between Nectec, Faculty of Medicine of Chulalongkorn University and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital of Thai Red Cross.

My Act automatically detects and classifies your daily activity into 4 classes: sleep, rest, walk, and run. My Act employs signal processing of accelerometer data efficiently. My Act also interprets your activity and convert it to calorie usage information. My Act counts your walk and run steps automatically. My Act also calculates distance you gain with your daily walking and running. My Act displays history of your daily activity since you start the app.

My Act is easy to use. It optionally requires a few setup steps to make My Act mornitoring your activity more accurately. A number of your info such as weight, height, sex, and date of birth are needed to be entered. These info will be used to obtain your daily calorie burnt.

Install My Act and perform a few initial setups. Then carry your smart phone with you while you are on the move or rest. Your movement will be analysed and interpreted into useful information. The information will be shown as you go. No more guessing if you need more active life to be healthier.
