Simple and not discouraging. Meal choices are interesting but I have to constantly edit to fit what I have on hand. Could use a blood pressure record. Lost six pounds in first five days. Shocking because I didn't think it could be so simple. Crushing headache first day when coming off eating my usual rubbish. Very useful for a more passive approach, without counting calories and weighing all your food. Recipes are vague leaving you to create your own flavors.

I downloaded it and then deleted real quick after looking at the meal plans daily. This is very poorly planned out for average working lifestyle. For example, each breakfast is completely different each day in the first 7 days, so lots of food to shop for and then not get eaten. One lunch has spaghetti with meat sauce... but where does this come from since it is not a leftover from the dinner the night before (which by the way was fish)?

It's fairly good as an example of meals you should be having. I wish you could just delete the snack section in a day rather then delete the meal idea itself. I wish it had a weight tracker as well with push notifications.

Simple and clear, easy-to-use daily meal plans. Biggest suggestions: find a way to automate shopping lists from the plan and provide a feature to edit out foods that you do not eat or are unavailable to you.

The app would be much better if the shopping lists were created around recipes and if recipes could be altered or added. Otherwise, nicely done and fairly user friendly.

I love this app.. just don't like salmon lolol!! But it definitely works so give it a try.. I'm trying to just lose weight and when I stuck with it I lost 10 pounds in two weeks!!!
