The app simply doesn't work. Trying to return the car through the app is a waste of time. I had to call their support and wait for a long time for them to call back. I won't never rent from them again and I would recommend to stay away from their services.

The worst experience I've had with a rental company - first they gave me the wrong car so pick up time was delayed and when I've returned the car they returned me the wrong amount of money for the fuel even though I returned them a full tank. More then that I spent 3 months trying to communicate the issue with support, sending them screenshots from their own app of numbers not adding up and they just couldn't care less. Return car with empty tank ONLY.

Worst company and customer service.Do not bother renting via them.We booked via web and when we went to pick up our car there was a bug in their system. Instead of offering a workaround they requested us to go to another location (the airport instead of the city center) to get our car! Otherwise there was no way to get it! And this was after we spend more than an hour on the phone with their customer support. When we refused to accept the solution they just hang up the phone! Avoid at all costs.

Please don't use this application until bugs will be fixed. 1. When you paid and app asked enter secured number sent by sms app exits to the main page and you can not finish your booking 2. When you want to rebook on the same dates another car, after finishing payment you receive an error message (which you can see on the web version and not on application). At the end you have incomplete booking, but money left the card. In my case I paid 3 times for the same rent. Seems like there is no QA.

The app is losing my booking details all the time. Have to logout and login again to recover the booking 😟

App works fine but company is terrible. I was involved in an accident in italy when a local crashed into my car. The staff then changed what options i had several times over the next 12 hours thatresulted in me cancelling the balance of my booking(my choice). Snce then I have been charged for fuel I didn't use with no explanation(despite requesting) I've also requested copies of documents on no less than 4 separate occasions so I can lodge claims through my own insurance only to be ignored.

Centauro allows you to "Take advantage of our express pickup service included in your reservation". However the app will NOT allow you to upload your passport or driving licence. Customer Service state "If you cannot update your details, our colleagues will fill in the information at the branch quickly and easily when picking up the vehicle". Then what's the point of offering the express service?

CENTAURO IN CHANIA (GREECE) THIEVES!!! RUN AWAY UNTIL YOU HAVE TIME They robbed us since the beginning. Firstly, they obliged us to make an extra insurance of 21 euro /day because we didn't have credit card, saying that this insurance covers everything. Then, when we returned the car, they found an invisible scratch that we SURELY didn't do, and they charged us 90 extra euro. They took advantage of the fact we were tourists and we couldn't call the police as we had to catch the flight. RUN AWAY
