I had a great experience with this app before this past weekend when I tried to pay my rent. I filled out all my banking information and press pay now but I got an error saying the payment is "stuck at the gateway and to check back in 24 hours" to which I did and there was no payment there so I submitted another Sunday morning to avoid being late on my rent. then I can email at 4 in the morning on Monday that there was a payment posted and now my account was drawn again $800.00+. Very upset.

Not able to reset my password. No way to contact anyone. No way to put in maintenance requests or pay rent or anything unless I can get in. It won't let me put in the old password and says its incorrect when it's not. Unable to change my email address, either, which is no longer a valid or active address! So tired of issues and glitches and no fixes.

I try to pay my rent on the correct date. It gives me a confirmation that payment has gone through....but it does NOT WORK!!!! Once again this stupid app is malfunctioning. Now it just force closes. I have tried uninstalling and installing 3 times and surprise surprise it does NOT work. Absolutely sick of this app!

Worst apartment app ever. Will not open. I have to close it a hundred times and even then it will not work. Keeps saying error unknown app, close it. Something like that. And I've reset it too. Doesn't matter. App is Busted.

This app doesn't allow for password change. Although it's asking to change the password. Why ask for the old password? Most people don't have that after being logged. This is time-consuming and could cause issues with paying rent.

Forced password change no options for recovery, emailed link etc. Will not recognize any of the possible "Old Password"s. Prevents from proceeding at all - that means your users can't pay their rent nor submit Service Requests. Good job.

Inappropriately allows account to be locked without resident notification! No contact information for Yotta; so not sure who has management authority forthis app and or accounts. UPDATE +1 point: Yotta responded & unlocked app to allow rent payment. However, still no explanation who has access to randomly adjust rent information in app. In addition, unsure who "owns" app, how rental properties & Yotta "interface" for benefit of residents.

Horrible. It would not let me log in. It said my email was registered. After countless requests for a password reset I never received one. Same for requests through the website. Abosolute garbage of an app and company.
