Only use if you want a digital dot journal. An app to track food types and water. Same as any dot journal. Can't add serving sizes. Doesn't record/tell me healthy vs unhealthy food. Can't see if l ate healthy daily. Can't change colour of individual foods. Can't change time l took meds if l don't log as l take meds- so not sure when next dose is (med reminder can't work for this). Maybe some of that is in the paid version, but if it's in different tabs that still isn't useful or user friendly.

I have the premium Daylio app, so this felt like a no brainer. There are a lot of helpful things in here to track without overly focusing on weight or calories. That's great! But this app is missing one major thing that Daylio has: exporting to PDF. I got this app because I was expecting to be able to export to a PDF to easily share with my doctor. I made a point of buying the premium version of this app, but now I'm regretting it because there's no PDF export function. Please add this feature!!

Super impressed - would love to see a couple changes: 1. add time stamps to meals and snacks (just like other activities), 2. let me sort my "journal" view chronologically as well as by entry type, and 3. allow me to start/schedule a one time fast. Otherwise I'm 5 min to my free trial and loving it as a food/symptom/ketosis tracker to monitor my cognitive health.

This app is very overcomplicated in places. The customisation is great but difficult to navigate. I can see how other users would say it's not user-friendly. I would probably use the app moving forward if it wasn't for the fact that the tracking for macros (carbs/fat/protein etc.) does not allow decimal places, only whole numbers. This is useless in the world of macros

A truly amazing app. Helps keep everything in track. It's missing two features though: 1. No time in log entries. I would appreciate knowing when I ate, not just what. It would be convenient to change time too if logged later 2. Multiple photos per entry. Say I ate what I took the photo of (so I don't have those items anymore) but decided to add a small bite of something else right away. Can't amend the photo (items gone), don't want the addition to go unnoticed. Anothe case: unfinished food

Great app for tracking certain things that my cheap "smart" watch doesn't, such as fasting, water consumption etc. Has a food log, but you have to do your own calorie counting to input. So far it has been helpful. My only slight irritation is that I paid for the lifetime subscription of Plus+ service (it is a good deal if the app does what you need), but I still have ads popping up from time to time asking me if I'd like to subscribe. Makes me second guess and double check my status everytime.

I just downloaded the app and it seems great! One thing that would put it over the top compared to other food tracker apps is if there was an option to mark you are pregnant. It has almost everything else as far what your body could be going through. And I have not been able to find a pregnancy food tracker app. They give recipe ideas, or you can track your pregnancy symptoms, but I have yet to find one that also has an actual food diary and tracker.

Well now I've a lot of scrolling. I liked it more when everything was compact. I track so many things. Like, I pee 20 times a day. I have to scroll past bathroom habits for medications and supplements. It takes forever and now I can't fill it out on the go because everyone can see all the details right out in front. Woke up from a nap and I have to hunt down the right spot instead of clicking a few buttons. It's all backwards. New activities should be at the bottom. *I like the fluids update.
