In Emilia-Romagna è possibile grazie a “Roger, il tuo assistente per muoverti in Emilia-Romagna”, la nuova app promossa dalla Regione Emilia-Romagna che integra, in un solo strumento, i servizi di trasporto di tutte le aziende del territorio.Con Roger è infatti possibile acquistare qualsiasi titolo di viaggio direttamente dallo smartphone con una sola operazione, rendendo più semplice e comodo per l’utente viaggiare in tutta la regione.
Un progetto che oggi vede la realizzazione grazie alla collaborazione di tutte le aziende di trasporto del territorio regionale (SETA, START, TEP, TPER) e con il supporto della Regione Emilia-Romagna, insieme per fornire un servizio che agevola la mobilità e i servizi al cittadino.
La nuova applicazione, utilizzabile su telefoni Android e IOS, permetterà di pianificare il viaggio con soluzioni che integrano i collegamenti nazionali con il trasporto locale (treno e bus) e i parcheggi, e di acquistare da ovunque ci si trovi i titoli di viaggio, anche per Trenitalia.

App is not straightforward at all, I found how to buy a bound of tickets by mistake, it charged me the full amount, even though it's supposed to be reduced price for the bundle. You need to activate the ticket in the bus, but the tickets kept disappearing and reappearing, making it impossible to do so, so I was on the bus full of stress in case a conductor came along.. Since this is an alternative to paper tickets, fix this. For the rest, prefer to buy paper tickets at the tobacconist shops.

This app is no longer safe to use without running the risk of being fined by bus inspectors if it doesn't work. I used to recommend this app to friends travelling within Italy, and was a fan myself, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend it after I was fined 77 euros for not being able to validate the ticket due to an error message on the app. I contacted support hoping for a resolution and I have received no response. Very disappointing.

Criminally unfit for purpose. I have also experienced disappearing tickets.Worse than that, during a ticket inspection on the bus the app failed to open and I was left with a fine of €66. update: a very attentive and thorough response to my review from app support has led me to add a couple of stars. that said, the problem should not have occurred in the first place and inspection staff should have been properly trained to assist the client.

Terrible app. No instructions on what to do, or how to use it. You cannot buy more than one ticket per person. I mean it lets you to buy more than one individual tickets, though then the app will not allow you to validate the tickets just bought. This ended in a significant fine. Not a great experience at all.

This application sucks big time. You can't validate your ticket in the bus, the ticket is deleted forever if you try to clear cache. And what is more when you try to buy another ticket after a reinstall, it doesn't appear in your tickets. I am very disappointed in Tper

Worst Travel App Used Across World - Avoid. Searches for options are random (not at times requested). Only one ticket can be valid at any one time and if you uninstall & reinstall to try to correct app issues you lose all your purchased tickets which is just criminal. Terrible app.
