App needs a 'donate' button b/c it's that good that you look for a way to pay rather than run from it. Simple, add free, highly functional, and thank you for leaving out (or at least I didn't see it) some glitzy AI feature. Load in a video and you'll find a gallery view of 1 sec by sec shots, that contain 5 sub shots in each. very cool. I'd set a cam on a rail next to a flower box to catch vid of hummingbirds feeding on the flowers. Results; I got some fantastic still shots! Thank you!

This actually really really helpful for video to image. It doesn't show you ads and it's even free but maybe the speed for the image generation be faster and the pics really go away after a while if you don't get in the app like it's not really a problem since you can choose a specific timeline but it would be better if there was like a saved project typa thing. Ovr? really great 👍🏻❤️‍🩹

Great. The only issue I have is that thumbnails of video shot in portrait orientation are shown cropped at the top. For my project that made it harder to select the best frames. At least when a frame is chosen (tapped ) all is revealed. After saving it, tweaks can then be made to the still by opening it in the Google Photo app .

All the frames were exactly the same for all timestamps, despite the video-cut bar showing all the different parts. It wasn't even the 1st frame, it was a random frame from the 1st 10 seconds. I don't know if this is a problem with the one specific video I used. Settings: frame interval: match FPS, thumbnail: 1s, format: PNG, etc... (I can't remember)

Provides good pictures with a few options for setting frequency and quality of video captures. Advertising won't drive you crazy like it does with a lot of imaging and video editing apps. I'm having fun with it.

Dramatically better than "Video To Image" app. Stable, able to handle 8k without crashing, retains original resolution. While a little slow to process, once done, everything else runs pretty smoothly, and it can run in the background.
