App works fine. A much needed coat of paint to bring it in line with what we needed for a while! There's a lot of potential thanks to the rebuild, but I won't get my hopes up. Probably the best part is the app is responsive and gives me the same details I would normally find online, so need to bookmark it on my phone. If there are any mobile unique features you were expecting (fingerprint sign in my personal fave), this doesn't have it.... yet 🤞

Useless app. Password won't work. I've reset it and still doesn't recognize me. Edit: after spending a significant amount of time on hold, I can get into my email now, but am still locked out of the app and My Orcon. Even your tech guy didn't know.

It doesn't work. New app isn't working properly. Can't see any boxes for me to enter my email and password. Just shows the sign in box and that's about it. Old version was better at least I didnt have this problem.

Much better than the old app. Way cleaner looking and smooth. But since a few days ago both the apps are saying I have to internet usage to display which is odd. Great upgrade though.

Orcon offer great deals to get cheaper broadband but when I downloaded the app it won't let me sign in, it just keeps exiting the app. There is a major bug that needs fixing

Nothing really to rate here. I can't even get into the app to see what it's all about. Won't accept my email or password, even after changing my password I still can't log in.
