The EGuthrie app is user-friendly from the start. Stuff loads pretty fast. I especially like how the results of labwork are posted quickly as the different tests come back. In my opinion, the best thing about the app is being able to communicate with your provider via secure messaging a lot faster than calling and waiting on a call back. Oftentimes, my providers reply back within a few minutes.

Hello, the app is great but has some issues that are frustrating. 1. Billing is the worst setup. Doesn't give any options for cash or curae. 2. This causes a person to not finish the check-in process. 3. The reminders for vaccines and referrals never go away even after they're done. It's great for allowing us to put all information in our calendar.

This app is a complete waste of time! I messaged and got no response what so ever from the clinic. Not even a reply saying anything! Not sure exactly what the problem is! The only thing I could do with the app was look at test results! As far as the communication with the clinic and staff through the app was a joke! No one ever replied back to me about anything I inquired about!

It's definitely super handy being able to chat back and forth with your provider via instant message. And or video. And the app let's you see everything that's in your charts, just about everything anyways. Whatever the Provider's upload

Very comprehensive app. Easy to navigate. Able to do everything from make and cancel appts. to conversing with your doctors. All bills and insurance status available so you don't have to spend time calling to check on them. Love this app!

eGuthrie is so easy to use! It's great to see all my visits, test results, and medications. I can send a quick question to my provider, schedule an appointment, and see my bills easily. I travel A LOT and it's so helpful to be able to access my info from anywhere!
