UI is incredibly small, and there's no way to change it, the settings only let you sign in, or manage notifications. If you zoom it, it zooms in the whole page including the buttons which then go off screen. Horrible app design, I'm pretty sure it's just loading a webpage. Fixed; When you open the app, you get a notification saying chrome is running. So the application does indeed just open the webpage. I went to the hltv on chrome and unticked show desktop version and it fixed my problem.

Up until 2 weeks ago it was a 5 stars,i finally decided to run some updates for all my apps including hltv, whereupon it now refuses to even load match scores, I can see the matches, but not times, individual match pages, the news feed always has the loading icon now. Not sure what changed to cause this but it only happened after the app was. updated

Decent app. However, the UI is not as good as the PC site and considering the fact that there's a bug where the app won't open despite it running in the back application, forcing me to delete and redownloading. This happens sometimes after using the app (1 - 2 weeks) which is very annoying! Please fix for a 5 star.

If you only use hltv for news and nothing else, the app is passable. But if you want to see community posts, comments on news, any level of detail on player/team profiles, team/player history, ranking history, valve rankings, profile settings, or any other features that the HLTV website features, well, you're out of luck. This app would have been better as a direct link to their website, then it might have been usable. I've used HLTV for a decade and the app has always been bad.

Look at the other poor reviews for some common issues you will come across. The main catalyst for me leaving this review is the notifications not working. This feature is not working for me and many others I have seen post online. I instead receive a "Notifications Not Enabled" error message and cannot enable them as the buttons are disabled. There is no explanation of why they are not enabled and how to enable them. I have emailed the support email and not received any reply.

Load times are impressive and layout is visually appealing, but functionality being so poor drags the rest of the app down. I can get by without forums, but no comments on matches and news articles is unacceptable. Light mode missing for no reason. If all you want is a match ticker with news, you might as well get Gosu instead because it also offers Dota, LoL, Valorant, etc.

Sometimes this app actually loads up when I start it. When it does it's still a pretty frustrating experience. Match pages don't ever seem to be populated and when they are, for example, they are not very helpful. Like they will show 10 photos of the players in a 5v5 but not list the names. I mean I just clicked on this to remind me of the name of that one player, not to play a game of who-the-duck-are-you with 10 tiny avatars. HLTV overall is a wonderful thing, but this app is way too clunky.

Since +- 2 weeks the app has been almost unusable. Opening an event just give a white screen and make the app crash, the front page is forever loading, and matches aren't loading specifics when opened. Have tried reinstalling, but doesn't work.
