The Pune Metro mobile app is designed to facilitate booking a ticket for riding on Pune Metro. The ticket is generated in the form of a QR code on the mobile app, which has to be scanned at the entry gate on metro station to travel on metro. The mobile app also provides information about metro stations and their facilities, fare inquiry, feeder service providers, tourist places in the Pune city etc.The mobile app will be enhanced to facilitate journey planning from a place in Pune city to another place in Pune City using various travel modes including metro.

App doesn't start when it can't detect mobile data turned on. This happens very commonly because there are weak BSNL signals on Metro stations. The app needs to provide the option to view tickets offline. Otherwise it is a really good app, and provides great convenience.

I'll star this app for 5 ⭐ uk it's really good and great with easy interface.and quite good with no issues plus transaction it's totally good. I need the offline too cause it's really consuming too much battery power 😔 and even I end my journey.. it keeps running in the background with notification that says to close the the app tap here.. but that doesn't work anymore from the starting 😭 otherwise it is marvelous 😋 keep it up guys ❣️

App maintenance is too bad at the payment time it closed to many time and amount is deducted but ticket is not confirmed

There are a lot of problems with this app. Starting with not being able to recharge the metro card to other unfinished features in this app. A long way to go for Pune Metro. Update 29/9/23 : You can now add your metro card and add balance to your wallet. Now, there is no need to wait at the counter. Next stop, integrate this card to other metros throughout the country.

It'd be better if there would be the facility of online wallet which can be reloaded online and money can be deducted at every station while exiting. More like a digital metro card. This could help customers in case of trip cancellations. Also customers should be given the option to opt out of all the unwanted promotional ads and mails

The screen brightness keeps readjusting every time I switch from view tickets to book tickets to home, even when the auto brightness in the cellphone is turned Off. On the View tickets screen , it goes to full brightness. Requesting the app team to stop this. It's very annoying to have to readjust the brightness again and again.

The payment portal is absolutely useless, it doesn't even work and everytime I do a payment it gets debited and shows payment cancelled, it's not about money but about the time. I wish to book a ticket on the go bc the machine is always in between a big line. Please fix the issue, it's making the billion dollar pune investment look bad.
