BUG - Serious bug during check-in. During check-in app asked for additional data (destination: US),, one of them, where the passport was issued. I chose the country, tap an save button, seemengly it was saved, however when the screen was updated, this data was still.missing, and I was unsble to finish check-in on the mobile.

I like that even booked with my United Account the Lot app immediately pulled up all my info. Downside there is bug next day all my info disappeared from the app I would have to re enter. Lucky safe my boarding pass in the android wallet!

1. check in via app is not working well. 2. flight attendents are not cooperative in flight - poor service 3. flights are always super noisy but no cabin crews take care of it and other passengers' convenience.

The app doesn't work. I can't book a flight. App shows different times of flights than browser version.

Good app, but why the guest mode doesn't allow to access your boarding passes after check-in is closed? It is especially troublesome on multi leg journey when one needs boarding pass for the subsequent flight.

Very bad experience with lot polish airlines. I had booked a return flight for me and my wife from Toronto to Mumbai which was scheduled on September 2nd 2024, the flight got cancelled and was rescheduled for 6 th and then it is rescheduled again for 9th sep. The customer service can not help at all and they do not have a refund option and they do not compensate for the extended stay and the travel insurance also expires on 2nd sep.

awefull experience. first of all I cannot fill passenger details (first/last name) from my profile. payment with Google pay doesn't work, redirection throws an error. And top of idiotic decision it when I fill payment card details cvv wasn't masked after input
