The app is good but everytime I access it a popup with some unwanted offer is shown and I can't close or ignore it, my only option is to click continue, be taken to the offer page and press back on my phone. This is really annoying, I just want to see how much internet I have left.

Terrible, they lie to you with an installation date in 2 days, you recieve an email and all confirmations, then they call you in the afternoon blaming their app for an issue and telling you to reinstall as a new version is out (no new version since december 2022) and tell you to start a new process. Chat support is useless, and once you start a new process next available date is in 10 days. Really bad and unreliable. Person in the phone was xenophobic and said will speak Portuguese to me slowly

I have been a client of Woo for about a year. The app would be actually good if not the fact that it doesn't work (stuck in the login animation) and it it does, it's super slow unlike most other apps on my phone.

When I was using Vodafone app they had an option for English and every service I get is in English... since I transferred to WOO. The app does not have English option. So how do I know what the app is saying or how to use the app. Everybody does not understand Portuguese so I guess WOO reconstruct the app to accommodate other languages as well. If they are serious in business.

The app started working fine but then suddenly I couldn't log in it would just be stuck in the woo logo and do nothing I can't check for my data or how many minutes I have left, because it just says updating the information but nothing happens I need help. Update: My problem got solved in an instant app support is great very satisfied

Logging in to this app is like impossible... trying again and again, deleting and installing app again and again and nothing helps. Tried contacting 3 times with support that was not really helpful. And after 14days still didn't manage to log in so I believe I'll have to look for other company - waisted time seriously

One of the worst experiences of my life. Asked for number portability and they gave me a completely random number and I lost my old one, now I can't login in my bank account because of the security verification. Second day and they still didn't solve this problem.

Great initiative to have a easy to manage phone and internet service. But the app is very glitchy - i need to reinstall every time i want to pay the monthly amount. Please fix it, and allow credit cards as a payment method again!
