The new way is really annoying. Everywhere you put for destination is Out of Zone. Does the app only allow certain people to be picked up? 🤔 I just saw a lady get picked up from Walmart, at my exact location, and a Connect van picked her up. Is there a certain van that picks people up from Walmart? Connect used to be cool, now they suck.

This new app SUCKS!!!!! Only reason for a one star is to leave a comment. I've called SO many times to get a ride even the 3 blocks using the wheelchair van, for 3 weeks in a row every darn day, & they State that it's way to busy. I've also tried using the app but everything is Out Of Zone, that's BS, Dayton Transfer Point is not out of zone. Or the only other thing I can think of is there aren't wheelchair drivers working in the mornings & that is unacceptable. Pls fix it or let us know the fix

I havent been able to use this app for 2 months because it keeps saying out of zone no matter where I move the location too.. UPDATE 08/08/24 New app update has 7 zones in the Tri. I can't even pick a location that's 5 minutes down the rode by car that's within one SINGLE zone...

Anywhere I try to go says it's out of their service zone. It shows on the map that it isn't though. It's super frustrating and I cannot get it to work. It's so much easier to use the bus or find a ride.

The service is no longer convenient. You have to take the ride to a bus station and book an additional ride to get to your actual destination. It makes the service pointless

I rely on this service to get home, not only do I have a small window to book. But now it won't even take me home saying the location point isn't valid. I don't understand, I'm not even out of zone! I've been stranded 4 times this year!

I have found this app to be not helpful at all not allow me to book a ride yes some of the drivers are Friendly and respectful This app is just not helpful whatsoever it's very frustrating confusing And I know other users are very frustrated with this app as well this new app
