!!! This app has been discontinued, so don't buy this app anymore !!!
It will still be available here to offer updates to users who have already installed the app (for a while).

If you've already bought the Pro version you'll be able to log in and sync your games and players.
You should then be able to install and login to the DiscGolf app and see your games and Players there (once login/sync has completed).
If you can then see (and open) your games and players in DiscGolf, the migration of your data should be complete

DiscGolf Pro will be updated and supported to the end of 2018 but will be discontinued sometime after that
