Great app to explore the different fitness options around you and to find what works for you. I've been subscribed for ~4 months now. 3 suggestions (2 critical and 1 nice-to-have): 1. have an "add to calendar" button for users to automatically have their workouts on their device cal, 2. have a waiting list function where if someone cancels a class, someone on the waiting list could take their place, and 3. expand partner network outside of KL/Selangor.

Really convenient. You've got access to lots of facilities right in your pocket all the time. And you don't have to buy memberships one by one. The only downside is that I wish more facilities were accessable in Uzbekistan. It's usable pretty much only in Tashkent. And even there, I can't say you get everything (they've got to add more running, tennis, badminton classes, for example). I hope they'll keep adding more facilities all around the country so that I can give the 5th star.

I think this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. While i liked the app and found it good, after installing it, I received a call from someone asking irrelevant and nonsense questions. The app itself is good, but my experience with customer service was terrible. I strongly recommend providing proper training for that guy to imrove his communication skills

Extremely disappointed with 1fit. I was told it would be a one-time payment, but it turned out they charge monthly. I feel misled and now have to pay for a subscription I don’t even use. Terrible service.

All good with the app except for the customer service. It's the worst I have ever had. The guys who are supposed to help us are stupid. I want to cancel my membership due to some personal reasons and it's been 3 days since I started requesting it. But customer service isn't helping at all. They have just wasted my time giving the same nonsense questions over and over again even after explaining everything.

A good app for fitness enthusiasts and beginners! So many different workouts and gyms available with just 1 membership is very good for me as i quickly get burnt out with repetitive exercises

There is a good thing and a Baad thing good thing is you get subscription of many different types of games and Baad thing is you can't find enough time to try all support this is why 1 fit becomes not value for money however if time limit is removed and instead classes limit is put by 1 fit, then I think it would become a best app to subscribe. thanks
