I really do not understand this app. Maybe I shouldn't have updated it. It's frustrating. The password reset option is rubbish. It keep saying enter password which I did but nothing is working. This is unfair

A very good, convenient and easy to navigate app. I had issues as a first time user. I sent a mail with a screenshot of the error I encountered and within 4 hours it was resolved and I was able to access and navigate the app. Just supply the correct enrollee ID and password, you are good to go. Well done Hygeia.

From the first click on the app, I've been faced with different kind of issues which makes the app dysfunctional and lack adequate professional touch. The idea of the app is a great one but i still can't find the usefulness of it aside having customer's information once logged-in. Basically, it isn't user friendly!

Typical untested app, not usable. As a first time user it would not accept my Enrollee number and year of birth to login - it keeps saying they are wrong. When I choose the "Forgot password" option and I enter my Enrollee number, it tells me that my password has been successfully reset and that I should check my email. But no email ever comes. A very poor app.

I was so excited when I received a mail from Hygeia with my details. I downloaded the app but very annoying when I cannot even register on the application, it only show login, no where to sign up everything was just locked. I have sent a mail severally and there was no response. Please bring the app down if all we are experiencing is difficulties of signing up.

I applaud the developers of the app for the effort put towards developing it. But then, I do feel lots of improvement still needs to be done. And as such, I am reviewing my rating from 4stars to 2stars for the following reasons: 1) There's no option for checking how much funds available. 2) No update on bills incurred during hospital visits. Having stated the reasons I'm rating the app 2 stars, I do expect the devolopers to make improvement in that light.

This app is terrible and time wasting. After the first successful login, I couldn't log in again even after several attempts to reset my password both on the app and Hygeia website. I was so disappointed. Due to Covid-19, I don't have a physical I.d., so I was told to use the app. I was at the hospital and couldn't identify my myself because of this. I felt bad.

This is my first time to ever comment on an app because of the response I keep getting from their representation which did not help and to worsen the situation am not sure whoever I have been communicating with has an idea of how the app works. It's my first time downloading the app and I keep getting this error message "could not complete this operation! Please check your internet connection and try again" and I was told it's my connection so how am I able to write this comment.
