Application is already updated but still popup is coming on the app to update. And it just lead to this page and there is no further update. Unable to use application. Really annoying

After updating, it still shows to update and goes back to playstore. Not able to access the app.

When I open the app it's showing as there is an update go to play store to update and when I open play store it says the app is upto date.. Don't understand why it's giving this much tough time to users
