I'm not sure what happened, but this app used to be amazing. I can't upload records anymore. I've given it all permissions from my device, and it still tells me to give permission to upload them. The drop-down menu to pick a pet also doesn't work if you are picking the last in the list. In search of a new app.

I used this app before the major changes to the free version and it was awesome. But as I kept using it, over time it just got harder to use till I couldn't fix a date that had been automatically set for me. I'm disappointed with how the app has morphed into a money grab. I get it, the idea is to make money, nothing against that, but don't make it impossible for the free version users to continue using the app without forcing the paid content. That's not selling the value, that's being pushy.

It's OK, constant glitches. It does not save pictures, and constantly says "something went wrong" when trying to input information or save items. The ONLY thing I've found useful, is that the medical records did come back from the vet, and are Digital. Very nice. I do not think it's worth the fee, unless they can actually get all the functions to operate correctly, and on both iPad and Android. I have had issues on Both devices, so it's not just the system I'm using.

Overall, this is a great app. We have 8 companion animals, and one of them has a serious condition. Being able to track in one place is fantastic. I do have one criticism. For animals with chronic, ongoing conditions, $10 every time we want to update the records is a bit much. I reached out to the Dev about this, and was offered the solution that I could get the files from our vets and scan them in to the app. If I got the files from all the vets directly, why would I do that?

Love it! We travel with our old dogs often and it's extremely handy to have their medical records available on my phone in case of emergency, or boarding. It's also very handy when we have someone dog sitting. Pawprint also makes it easy to work with your vet for securing and maintaining records. The app also reminds us to give our dogs their meds, which is very helpful. Some of the new features including appointment seeing i have yet to try, but will soon.

Very frustrating app. I update medical records and I still have an alert saying "No full records". If you make a mistake updating information, you cannot erase it. So you have to delete the whole pet and start over. Stupid. Even if you pay for the premium services, you still have to pay more to request medical records. No, i don't want to have to pay more every time I need to request records.

Best app for managing a furry family! I've been using PawPrint for quite some time now and have depended on it to keep my furry children's records straight. I have one cat with irritable bowel disease, so managing her records and keeping them on hand is essential. Anytime I've had app issues they've been prompt to reply and fix them. Also, actual humans work tirelessly behind the scenes on record requests. Great people! Thanks PawPrint! :)

It's great for records, but has glitches. You can't upload a picture when saving an event. You can upload documents only. I love the low price and that they will contact your vet, by too many glitches for a paid app. Needs improvement since it's used daily and the only thing that works flawless is the documentation update and vet contact and those aren't used daily. Please have your developers look into these glitches. Thanks!
