This app does not load my attendance and shows me as absent even though I have attended my lectures and tapped in as well. The Bluetooth beacon does not work either. Besides, the app does not have half of the features it says it has, such as the attendance percentage, statistics, dashboards, real-time updates etc. Awful experience, really spoils university...

I clearly tap in and yet it registers me as absent. The app is inconvenient and gives a major headache not only to me but my professors. I don't understand why a new version of the app is necessary especially when the old one actually worked. Please fix this issue quickly, I am sick of emailing my professors. EDIT: For me at least, if you tap in exactly 10-15 minutes before your scheduled lecture/seminar it marks you as attended.

SEAtS 2024 is a profoundly flawed app that consistently fails to meet even the most basic expectations for functionality. The primary issue lies in the exasperatingly slow check-in process. What should be a seamless, instantaneous action devolves into an unnecessarily prolonged ordeal. Each attempt to mark attendance is met with intolerable delays, leaving users waiting for the app to register input.

Awful app. Most unreliable thing I've ever used. Actually baffles me that unis are making this compulsory when it doesn't work 90% of the time. Can't sign in, can't actually check in to a lecture. Even if you're lucky to enough to pass both of those, it can still mark you as absent. Shambles of an app

Genuine shambles of an app. Not only does it take time from the lecturers and puts unnecessary stress on students, but half the time, you can sign in for a lecture and it still marks you as absent. If you're going to make us sign in for each lecture, at least choose an app that functions properly. Diligent students don't need to be coaxed into attending lectures whilst students who won't attend will get their friend to text them the code. Please change this, UoM.

Pretty much same as everyone, doesn't work half the time, marks as late or absent when it dies, and most recently after clearing data I can no longer even log in to the app. Got exams coming up so in time I could be studying I now have to keep sending emails that shouldn't need sent in the first place

Doesn't respond to scanning, so i have to enter the codes manually. Marked me as absent even when i logged in. It's very difficult to locate the absences, the calendar shall have clear markings so it's easier to navigate. Rubbish.

It's really difficult to actually log in, which takes about 15 minutes on average, and makes me sign in again every time. Hopefully they can fix the issues soon so i can focus on the classes and not trying to sign in my attendance!
