App consistently drops/disconnects during play. Have reloaded more times than I can count. Unreliable.

Edit 9/28/24 update on 9/20 has ruined this app!!! Back to a 1 star from a 5! Works for a few programs, and then enters an endless loop making it unusable. Have uninstalled powered off, reinstalled several times to no avail. Powering off and restarting phone breaks the cycle only to have it do the same thing shortly after. It was working perfectly last month! Why fix what wasn't broken?! Edit 8/16/24 Has been working better than ever! No issues at all for nearly a year now.

Tried to upgrade several days in a row● It continues to say it will be installed later. Cannot get the new app installed on samsung phone? I have the grandfathered in version of resonance.model. Help! I wish I could get this app to work consistently...new format is not same. I would like the feature of having a pdf to send to a client with all recommendations the app finds needed...this has been a problem since 2021! JT

Refuses to move past a white screen so I can start a New Resonance analysis.. it just shows the circle going round and round. Both my phones have it in them and do the same thing. 1 has for months. The other just to say when I stupidly did the update. Resonance is no good to me now. Booo.

This app only let's me see the MEIRIDAN where you have to buy it for additional $1100. Why cannot I see the list I bought both the maghealy and the professional healy which was $3000 . How do I see the correct menu so this won't go back because it's getting boxes up if this isn't fixed. I've Uninstaller reinstalled and still get the buy meridian. I sent back the healy watch because the app didn't work

Hit & miss UNFORTUNATELY!! THIS APP loads when it suits itself, which is troublesome when you NEED to do an analysis when feeling out of balance & need to detect WHICH category you benefit from the MOST at that moment Healy world HELP PLEASE!!?? when I have my Bluetooth ON my phone NEVER CAN FIND any device named HEALY?? Why is this so please Healy?? So therefore it can't be paired if it's not FOUND 🤦♀️🤷♀️ rather disappointing Healy.. I APPEAL FOR HELP FOR YOUR COMMUNITY PLEASE ❣️

The quality of Healy has a 4.9 for me, it's incredible what it can do and has given me hope at improving my health and quality of life even more than it already has. The quality of all of the Healy APPS however, is disappointing compared to what the actual device can do. The UI has so much work still to become user friendly. A huge imbalance imo.
