Really helpful and saves a lot of time hanging around at bus stops. If the signal icon is flashing, you can be sure the bus is on its way. Otherwise, it's just a timetable bus which may or may not arrive. 👍👍👍👍👍 Edit: The facility where you can see the position of the bus on the road is very useful. However, it's not easy to tell which direction the bus is travelling in, unless you wait around to see it move. Perhaps put a marker on if it is travelling towards the city centre?

Great app that shows exactly where the bus is on the map in real time. Well, 99% of the time anyway. Like all apps it glitches every now and again but not a problem really.

VERY unhappy that this app recommended me to favourite my usual bus services only to make the app less user friendly (so frustrating!) I don't want to to see every stop my bus services stop at,! Recommend something useful (and help me undo thos dreadful recommendation so I can select stops without the software thinking I want to know insignificant detailsabout my usual bus services! THERE'S NOTHING ON THE HELP CENTRE!)

Easy to use and very reliable. Straightforward interface. For more complex journeys, starting with Google Maps is best as it shows a wider range of options.

It's great so easy to use and its brilliant that the ticket last 24hours ! Instead of 430am .So great value well better value for same thing. YOU DONT have to worry about loose your ticket or it getting soggy and riping (Talking from experience) . I think you should have a reward scheme for people who use the app but can't afford to buy the weekly or monthly ones.

I'd recommend this app 100%. 1. because it shows you where your buses are in real time! and if there is a problem on one of the buses, it will update you asap by asap I mean every 10 seconds! 😊 and 2. you can see where your going cos it uses Google map, in REAL TIME! ☺️ this app is the best one out of the other bus apps I've used. it's so simple, fast and easy to use! especially in a new city. You can't get lost with this app. lol

I have used the timetable feature and the live departures feature a handful of times and they have been completely incorrect every time, it even showed me that a bus was due at a stop in 10 mins, when I got there I found out that the bus didn't even pass that stop let alone stop at it! It is useless other than buying tickets and checking for disruptions.

Journey planning not working, every time I try for some time now it tells me "sorry no journeys found" within an area from my place to the train station (not even a 15 minute route where there is a regular bus). I have to go into Google Maps to plan my times. And can't find where I can get support for the app. Update: I have attempted to "Give Feedback" in the app as instructed, have tried twice, no email to acknowledge feedback received, though app said received. Same still happening
