Call Blocker is the best idea to block fake calls and sms.This app blocks unwanted SMS and calls which most of time come from different advertisement agencies.Now you do not need to worry about any of them. Just add the unwanted/spam numbers to the blacklist.
You can review your blocked phone calls and blocked SMS history anytime in the blocking log without having to worry about missing important calls or messages.

Two types of Lists
1. Blacklist - Where you can add numbers form whom you don't want to receive call or SMS.
2. Whitelist - List of people only from whom you want to receive calls and SMS and no one else.
