newbie developers Does what it is supposed to but with notifications interrupting regular phone usage, the app is just garbage. I know the team probably worked hard on this app, but y'all need a better dev team. I constantly have to force quit the app to use my phone because the Connecting notification keeps popping up while I'm using other apps. it's not hard guys, come on. Credentials: I'm a computer engineer with plenty experience.

Ridiculous how worthless this app is. Won't connect to DC. Was working ok until a few days ago. I thought it was my Android, but it had a new update and the app still won't work. What's the point of the app when you have to go to the control panel in the RV every time you need to turn on or check something? Developers please fix!

Ok So I just bought about a month ago a used 2018 Coleman 1850rb camp trailer. The previous owner explained to me about the "In-Command" feature which at first I must say I wasn't crazy about. But I figured I'll give it a chance. I downloaded the app and paired it to the trailer. So far so good. I took the time to figure out how it all worked and I must say I like the fact I can control a bunch of things from my phone! It's cool! I have some open "expansion slots" to add some more things. FUN!!!

I have to completely shut down the control panel just inside the front door of my RV. When I rebooted and turn it back on my phone will only connect via Bluetooth for one day or so which makes this app useless when I pull into my driveway and I am unable to turn on my awning lights at night. There is a serious problem with the panel not staying connected to my phone even though my Wi-Fi in my home is perfect.

This is garbage. Buyer beware. I just bought a brand new Keystone Cougar 32RLI. This In- comnand is a good concept but non functioning for the most key component systems. The wifi does not work at all. The hvac control has multiple issues. I disconnected that part of it and installed a Honeywell wifi thermostat which works flawlessly on the same wifi network. Yes, total rookie engineers and programmers there. Be wise to the fact when you see a good review its most likely doctored.

Works just like the panel. I have a 2018 Dutchmen Atlas and using a S8+ phone. Connects in less than five seconds and from the time a command is initiated to execution is almost instant. Very nice. Future update options: Optional notification when tanks are full would be awesome. Widget.

Won't work at all after update. A lot of us rely on this for our trailers, hurry up and fix it. After the reply from ASA Electronics and uninstalling the old app and installing the new app, everything is up and running now. Thank you for the fast response.

The app doesn't work. Keep crashing. Will not open. The last update broke it completely. Please hurry and fix. The in- command it useless with out the app. Who wants to go to the control panel to turn on lights ?????
