I tried this app after purchasing a 1-Plus 10" 500w S10 Electric Scooter. When I clicked on the "your scooter" link, there was a major glitch that caused the list of scooters to continuously flicker, as though stuck in some kind of feedback loop, making it literally impossible to select my scooter model let alone even see the choices. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing kept happening so the app is completely unuseable until this is fixed. Uninstalling.

Stay alert for scams. AVOID DOWNLOADING THESE APPS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. I've never encountered such a high volume of scams being advertised on apps like this one. A simple mistake could lead to your data being compromised in the dark corners of cyberspace. It's essential that Google Play Store takes action to remove these apps because of the shady business practices involved.

Great scooter but the app could have been designed with more better features like GPS if it gets stolen. Ect... overall the scooter is wicked fast and can be pretty dangerous so I recommend a helmet with this model. 20 MPH doesn't sound that fat but trust me you don't want to loose control at even18 MPH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

App won't let me put in what scooter I own & the page keeps jumping on first use not very impressed tried it again same problem I wouldn't respond till the app fixed personal as wasting both out times in responding but gonna uninstall better apps out there without crashing

Just advertisement didn't find any useful information and only 3 or 4 scooters listed and surprised to see an actual pop when clicking a function on the app it directed me to an advertisement website first

it has truely more than a factory in scooter makes and models. you may learn something you never thought your scooter could do. At the least, try it, the most, use the knowledge that's available for your unit. I think you will be surprised.

The app is no good. I do not know why Google plays let it to the public. Someone in the office is not doing they work and let this app. Get to online and wake our time on this app.

I tried entering my scooter information using the guest account then after establishing a email based account. Screen keeps refreshing and unusable.
