Controls volume and tone. No 6 program choice as advertised. Very difficult to pair. Takes hours. Cannot tell which aid is left and which is right because there is no battery test. Cannot tell serial numbers either. Even really cheap aids that I have tried have that. This app is junk!

To be honest due to these hearing aids relying strictly on this useless app, I would suggest you don't get any hearing aids that depend solely on one smartphone app to begin with. Unfortunately, I'm still paying for mine and can't get anything done to correct it. Sad I'm just another senior on limited income that got taken advantage of!

Super app sir. I am using Vibe SP8 BTE Digital hearing aid. Volume & Bass control are helping me to understand speech clearly even I am profound deaf. Thanks team. Please add extra features like listening Music controls.Even the seller of this machine not known about this app

Had mine almost 2 years.They have never been any satisfaction.This is my 2nd pair,they were replaced in Jan. 2023. Cannot increase volume at all. That is the complaint that I see in all the comments. I will never recommend these hearing aids.
