Their services are pretty good...loved everything. Even the health packages r really affordable n relevant. But the App itself seriously needs a makeover...it feels like I'm browsing on a really bad n slow browser while surfing through the app. Hope they do something about it in near future.

The app is so damm complicated. Why do u even suggest multiple costs for the same test from different location, it's not like the team will come from 50kms if I book for that vendor. I don't get the idea behind this .. anyhow ..the biggest problem is.. Slots are never Available to my location, it was working fine earlier maybe 6 months earlier...after an update I guess.. it became a mess.. totally disappointed.

I called your call center, before registering, to check if my area is serviceable for physiotherapy. He checked & confirmed that it is serviceable. On registering, I realize that it is not serviceable. Is this the trick employed to get unwanted registrations in your app? How pathetic! When I called back & connected to same guy, he blamed it on a technical issue & intimated that a team will get back but it hasn't for two days! Pathetic! U guys dint respond for >2 weeks on mailing 2 ur mail id!

Great application for those who have looking for a service related to health and care about health. Very good app to track your health data & track records online. The app is awesomely designed & well connected to hospitals or labs available in your area. Online consultations are also available which solves your query. Total process fully digital. Overall, it is a very good app.

I had wonderful experience using this app , it actually helped me to help myself and my family specially during this covid pandemic, I suggest everyone to use this app and solve your healthcare problems too . thank you CallHealth. CallHealth also needs some improvement in the app as its a bit slow but I think it will be resolved soon.

WORST, especially the latest versions. The chat icon will not allow us to do our task. My reports are not available to view or download. I select one address and the person visits other address for sample collection
