No way to get a refund for a consultation where doctor did not appear. The 'help' button redirects me to the previous consultations, when clicked on the failed consultation, it redirects to the chat. When clicked on the 'help' from the chat, it again redirects to the list of previous consultations. Very poor experience 😞 Exhausting to claim a refund in case of doctors absence in a booked consultantation. There is no contact information on the app, to reach out to someone about this glitch. 👎

Unfortunately there is no zero or negative stars. I tried to book consultation with a different categories and doctors but its not allowing to book an appointment. It simply throws an error when I select a doctor and that's it. No luck even after reinstallations, restarts, trying with different logins etc. Please do something to have this app work fine on Samsung S24 properly.

it's a very good application but can't book the appointment with specific doctors instead practo randomly assigns you the doctor. there should be mechanism to book an appointment with specific doctor. Also, most of the doctors are not available after there first appointment and we had to contact them offline where they are charging us extra fees.

The application is quite user-friendly and efficient; however, it lacks the option to book appointments with specific doctors. Currently, doctors are assigned randomly, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, many doctors are unavailable for follow-up appointments on the platform, forcing patients to reach out offline, where extra fees are charged. It would be great to have a mechanism to select specific doctors and ensure seamless continuity of care through the platform.

Most of the time doctor are unavailable. Can't connect with doctor during my serious situation. From last 5days im trying to connect with oncologist but unavailable. We live in a village here no oncologist available. Im trying through practo to connect and shift in some big city. Already Paid 1 month subscription. Totally disappointed with the service.

Encountered an unexpectedly frustrating experience during a consultation on Practo. The doctor’s demeanor was unprofessional, cutting the session short within just 3 minutes and abruptly canceling it from his end. the app’s support has been unresponsive.

Very bad experience...before paying the money it was showing so many experience doctors and once payment done just provided new doctor without consulting with me. And no option to change the doctor. Totally fraud. I m struggling to connect to customer care.

I found this app to v good. But found couple of places where it should be improved. I will change my rating after that and give 5 star. 1. Make the video and audio call facility more user friendly. Make it similar to normal call or whatsapp call so that even less educated persons can interact well. My mom faced lots of difficulty while trying to use this app. 2. Doctor should have facility to video/audio call during 7 days after consultation is completed. It will help less educated persons.
