I tried to open a new account after downloading the app. Something went wrong in the process. Now, every time I open the app, it is stuck on the login, I tap it and it instantly returns to login. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it still it doesn't work.

Stuck on login screen everything I open it. My account works on the web page but the app is unresponsive after the main screen.

I just got this all and so far am already so excited for it. I only have one critique of the app ( hence 4 stars ) and that is that I think there should be an option to add your own symptoms so it can be more specific to the individual!

App does not work. Just keeps me on the login page. I am just diagnosed and really wanted to use this app.

as with others I download it and first time encounter an issue so uninstall it reinstall it now it stuck on log in very disappointing
