Where do I start? Upon downloading the app there's numerous little pop-ups that tell you how to use the athlete it's your first time ever using an app. There's no way to turn it off it's just constantly twinkling and telling you where to push the screen. Very Annoying If you KNOW how to use an App. Then a Podcast cut on. That wouldn't be so bad but there's no way to turn off the person talking. I closed all my apps and the podcast was still playing I had to actually reboot my phone to shut the
chad clouds
Can I please get a refund. I completely forgot cancel my subscription before the trial ended and I didn't even get time to use the trial anyways. I am extremely busy right now, and money is very tight ... Food is outweighing this app right now, maybe another time. Would you kindly refund me please and thank you.

If you're wondering about switching from Pixieset, I tell you this "app" is absolute garbage compared to Pixieset. Everything is worse, from templates, invoices, gallery delivery, and even sharing albums there is no easy way to edit/save your emails. I so regret paying a lifetime subscription, you'll see some saying it's worth it, well, subjective, compared to what exactly?

Perfect for photographers who love to connect with their clients while also streamlining the business side of things (contracts, invoices, booking, etc.). I love it so far! Update.... I had a few issues and customer service has been fantastic to work with. Some of the issues were user error, but they were kind and very helpful.

$100 for a year? no subscription is worth that much, especially not an app that only saves 10 seconds compared to doing a Google search. Got really excited about this when i saw it but its just not an app thats appropriate for subscription based content, and the one time payment is pretty outrageous for content that is again just a Google search away. I love the app design and concept but it just isn't a practical price. Best regards to you guys.

I first found this app a few years ago, at first I expected it to just be all about how to pose and prompt clients, but it was so much more even back then. Now, this app has been continuously progressing, adding more and more features to help photographers like myself. I am so excited to watch their roadmap unfold. I am especially excited for the desktop version to release! [Hopefully very soon!]
