app is not functioning data operations correctly. snapshot four camera works. but none of the operations for calculating my personal data work just reads 0 0 0 0 both app and on device. worked great when I first got it. device was last for about 6 months because device popped out of the wristband. since then it's not been functioning correctly. man I should have read the all these reviews before I bought this thing. they definitely have an issue all in common. wish I could just get a refund.

Works on some things So it keeps up with the steps and kinda for sleeping. It won't start that you slept till after 11pm. Which wouldn't work for people who work night shifts or go to bed at 7pm to get up at 3am. If the times for sleeping was accurate that would be OK. Heartbeat, so the band keeps my heart beat but for some reason today it stopped keeping it in the app. Last time I had a heartbeat was 6:40 am. It's 12:30.... I have it on automatic on taking the heartbeat but I also check it myself and nope Nothing shows up. It keeps loosing connection and that's annoying having to pair it to my watch every time I want to sync up my app to what's going on. Also 2 notifications is just annoying. Please fix. This is getting old.

I really don't have an issue with the app but the watch/tracker on the other hand sucks. I was so excited to see it actually took and held a charge and when it paired and started working was icing on the cake. 5 minutes later everything shut down and that was it. Nothing worked after that, couldn't get the watch to turn on or the app to reconnect. After repeated effort and recharging I finally gave up.

This app sucks battery like crazy...after uninstalling it is still running and using memory and battery...beware of this app as it may be malware or continuing to monitor your activity even after uninstalling. I uninstalled months ago and even removed the system files. L9oks like i may have to do a hard reset just to get rid of it...if that will even work...BEAWARE

UPDATE 2019 The app works very well and stays connected to Bluetooth. THANKS In 2018 DO NOT BELIEVE ANY 5 STAR RATINGS. I've had this over a month. The app STINKS. Very undependable app. You cannot set the sleep time which is stuck on midnight. And, most of the time the app doesn't sync. Annoying.

Works well. To sync with watch, drag your finger down from top of page, that turns on Bluetooth if its not on, (is best to not leave Bluetooth on permanently) page-pull encourages the sync process, sometimes need to repeat sync again to capture all watch data. Slide finger across to see sleep hours. Touch 💓 heart symbol to see beats per minute. Each section drag finger from top of page to see in graph, or tap to see. Concise, exact times. Well worth the download to pair with your watch

Since receiving the bracelet in may. I've had problems connecting to the blue tooth. It worked initially. Now it won't connect at all,I jad to unbind it and it just won't reconnect. Blue tooth picks it up but alas,doesn't pair. No matter what I do. Very unimpressed as I've had had no help via emails. I'm about to uninstall this app and throw away the bracelet (it was my birthday gift) but it's utterly useless now.

Very very bad sync issues. After a few minutes it disconnects from my phones bluetooth. Then it wont pair again. This also means SNS alerts are useless as the device disconnects. Also no email alerts and very limited social media app alerts. Definitely a rushed job of this app. Please update app to cater for more SNS alerts and improve bluetooth connection please.
